Carbon fiber electric heating tubes are also known as carbon fiber heating tubes, infrared heating tubes, carbon fiber infrared electric heating tubes, etc. Carbon fiber quartz infrared heating tubes are a new type of infrared radiation product that is different from traditional metal wire and halogen infrared heating tubes. It is to place a carbon fiber wire in a quartz tube, evacuate and seal the tube, and pass voltage through the carbon fiber wire to make the carbon fiber wire heat up and generate heat. The carbon fiber heating tubes we produce use imported carbon fiber heating wires as the heating element. The main wave peak value is 2-9.5μm. It has a soft color, low visible light intensity, and low starting current; the electric heat conversion efficiency is high and the energy-saving effect is significant; the service life is 5000 hours, which complies with GB/T2423.3-1993 Basic Environmental Test Regulations for Electronic and Electrical Products, Test Ca: Constant Humidity Test Method and GB4706.1-1992 General Safety Requirements for Household and Similar Electrical Appliances.
